The more you put in, the more you could earn. As a sales leader you receive commission on your teams performance as well as earnings on your own brochure sales. When you develop your team and recruit 'downline' sales leaders, you will earn more than if you would rather keep it small.
You don't have to give up your job: Use sales leadership to supplement your income. Choose the hours to suit and invest as much or as little time as you like. You might even find that as your team grows you become ready to make it your full-time career. It's up to you!
Sales leadership is a great new self-employed opportunity, it is for representatives who not only sell and serve customers successfully, they also recruit and train others to do the same.

There are four levels of sales leadership
Level 1
Sales leader- You place your own order over the minimum order value (£140), you have at least 5 representatives in your team placing orders
Level 2
Advanced Sales Leader- You place your own order over the minimum order value (£140), you have at least 15 representatives in your team placing orders, and two of those team members are Sales Leaders.
Level 3
Executive Sales Leader- You place your own order over the minimum order value (£180), you have atleast 25 representatives in your team placing orders, and Six of those team members are Sale Leaders.
Level 4
Senior Executive Sales Leader- You place your own order over the minimum order value (£180), you have atleast 25 representatives in your team placing orders, and eight of those team members are Sales Leaders, and two of those Sales Leaders must be at level three.
Your discount goes up as you go up the levels.
